A Virtual Event

When Salesforce canceled their physical World Tour event in Sydney due to COVID-19 concerns, Suite Spot pivoted to help them “reimagine” the online broadcast and make it bigger than ever.

Much like we do every year at Dreamforce, we incorporated separate stages and a live studio into one Master Control Room (MCR). Without audiences and attendees walking around an exposition, we had plenty of space to spread out and think outside the box.

We were able to deliver the viewers a digital experience that gave them full access to valuable premium content with unique insights, live and on-demand.

With editors onsite we also produced a library of on-demand video content for Salesforce.com, as well as clips for various communications and social media requests. By far it was the most watched and engaged World Tour event yet, with the help of AmpLive, attracting over 80,000 digital attendees and 1.2 million views.
