Salesforce | World Tour Events Case Study

Over the past eight years, Suite Spot has developed an incredible partnership with the Salesforce team to broadcast their World Tour Keynote events from cities worldwide to global online audiences. 

Suite Spot’s collaborative, partnership-forward approach to production keeps us focused on: 

  1. Collaborate with General Session production event teams to broadcast to an online audience’s specific viewing needs.

  2. A combination of general session long form and highlight content, roaming crew interviews from the floor, and creating a “Good Morning America” style news desk on the conference floor. 

  3. Experiential activations for in-person audiences.

Remote Broadcast

Over the years, our workflow has evolved from an exclusively onsite temporary control room for the duration of the event to a fully remote setup connecting the event space to a central control room in Los Angeles via fiber and Internet connections. With a technical crew at the event site, our remote team in LA handles the broadcast’s direction, graphics, video playback/replay, and live streaming.

These innovations allow us to save money on house labor and travel and have been very effective for both crew and client! 

We’re very confident that our successes can be translated into any event environment, big or small.
